This past year, we’ve organised a series of enriching activities that highlight our commitment to education, collaboration, and advocacy:
C1 Holland Park Tour by Ar. Ronald Lim and Jacob Meyers (January 2024): In collaboration with Michael Lee, this tour delved into the stories of a remarkable modernist residential enclave.
Queenstown Tour by Darren Soh (May 2024): Held during the Singapore Heritage Fest, this tour brought Queenstown’s rich modernist legacy to life through Darren's expert lens.
Volunteer Engagements:
Founding Member Sessions (July 2024): Volunteers had the chance to learn invaluable research tips from our founding members.
Research Familiarisation at the National Library (August 2024): Led by Ronald Lim, this session equipped volunteers with essential skills for accessing research materials.
Masjid Darul Aman Tour by Dr. Imran Bin Tajudeen (November 2024): A captivating tour that shed light on the cultural and architectural heritage of this unique mosque.
Unit 8 Tour by Ar. Richard Ho (December 2024): An insightful exploration of this architectural gem, offering a deeper appreciation of its design and historical significance.
International Docomomo Conference (December 2024): Our team proudly participated in Santiago, sharing ideas and learning from global perspectives.
Ongoing PPC Position Paper Preparations: We are actively contributing to important dialogues on heritage preservation through this significant initiative.
